**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking
- Monitor and adjust equipment settings to ensure proper coating thickness and finish
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary touch-ups
- Maintain a clean and organised work area

**Skills**:

- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Basic maths skills for measuring and calculating material requirements
- Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of painting techniques and surface preparation
- Ability to weld, fabricate, and assemble metal components
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
