**Pay Rates**:
- £15.50 per hour - Weekdays (including Waking Nights)
- £16.50 per hour - Weekends (including Waking Nights)
- £17.00 per hour - Overtime (including Waking Nights)
- £26.50 per hour - Bank Holidays (including Waking Nights)
**About the Role**: You will work closely with a client and his case manager to provide personalised support as part of an experienced and proficient team. Duties will include:
- Personal care tasks to promote the client’s independence.
- Following the client-specific Support Plan.
- Encouraging participation in domestic and community activities.
- Assisting with rehabilitation and healthcare as directed by professionals.
- Administering medication (after full training).
- Working 1:1 on waking nights.
**Shift Patterns**:
- **Night Shift**: 22:00 - 10:00 ( up to 3 shifts per week)
- Rotas are provided 6 weeks in advance
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist with personal care and daily living tasks.
- Administer medication as trained.
- Support client’s rehabilitation and well-being in a domestic setting.
- Participate in household tasks (e.g. meal preparation, laundry).
- Ensure safety by adhering to moving and handling guidelines.
- Accompany the client on community outings and holidays, if required.
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client care.
**Essential Requirements**:
- Full driving license.
- Relevant qualifications in health and social care.
- Ability to work night shifts on a rota basis.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and time-management skills.
- Experience in a similar support role.
**Desirable Experience**:
- Working with individuals with disabilities.
- Experience providing 1:1 support in a community or home setting.
- Interest in sports is a bonus.
