_EXPERIENCED FRONT OF HOUSE (FOH) STAFF required with full & part time positions, seasonal & permanent._

We are looking for experienced, energetic, enthusiastic front of house team members to join our award winning team.

We are open 7 days a week (plus evenings on Friday & Saturday's) and from 1st April we are open every day - evening. We are looking for daytime & evening staff. Ideally a combination of both. We are flexible on start / finish times but core hours (depending what shifts you are working) are 11-2.30pm & 6-10pm.

Experience is essential. This position will mostly involve:
FOH- Delivering exceptional customer service with great knowledge of our menus. Taking customer orders using tablets and card payments at the table, doing food check backs and ensuring our customers have a great experience with us.

Giving a warm welcome to our customers and showing them to their tables from our host station explaining menus and specials when appropriate.

Running food and drinks to tables when required in quieter times. Assisting our food runners when needed and leading by example.

Taking less experienced staff under your wing and sharing your knowledge and experience when helpful.

Maintaining high levels of great hygiene with regular cleaning of service areas.

Previous experience of modern online ordering and reservations systems, great local knowledge of the English Riviera & all it has to offer preferred but full training will be given.

We have part time hours from 8 plus and full time hours are 35+ per week
