**Front of House Assistant (incl bar work)**

The Padel Hub Crawley has an exciting opportunity for flexible hour Front of House Assistants to join our team

You will be required to work on a shift/rota basis.

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills with previous experience in a similar role of more than 1 year. Experience of problem resolution whilst ensuring a high standard and consistent thoughtful member service at all times. Work well within a team environment and motivate others to sustain exceptional levels of performance.

You'll be someone who is self-motivated with a proactive, positive attitude. Being organised, flexible and an adaptable approach to work, capable of working in a changing environment.

To ensure the Front of House and bar operations follow procedures, ensure consistency of all food and drinks leaving the bar while always putting Members at the centre of everything you do to ensure an exceptional Member experience.

This role is service-focused and requires friendliness, speedy problem-solving ability, strong people skills and customer satisfaction.

Previous experience in hospitality is preferred including conveying membership package information and collecting guest fees along with catering, bartending and food service.
