**Salary: 75K**
We are currently looking for a commercially astute Head of HR Operations to join a growing business based near Northampton. They operate a hybrid model, with the option to WFH the majority of the time as business needs allow.
As a business, they have weathered the recent storms very well. They are financially solid and looking to continue with their expansion plans.
In terms of the role content, it’s a real mix.
Interesting work though as you work closely with the HRD, taking a lead on organisational design, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, reward & recognition, talent and succession management, and exit management. You will manage a small team of direct reports and be involved in a number of improvement projects to support the requirements of the business.
The HR team is currently going through a period of positive transformation to ensure that they have the processes and capability to support the ongoing growth of the business.
You will therefore need to be comfortable operating in a changing environment and understand what good looks like and be able to communicate this effectively to your HR team members. You will also line-manage the payroll team and so previous exposure to this will be useful. An understanding of CQC regulations is also extremely beneficial.
This is a big challenge, and we are looking for a lot, however, in return, you will be joining an organisation that places great emphasis on its people and their ongoing development. They work hard, but also enjoy their time and will very much look forward to welcoming you to their team.
**Salary**: £70,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
