**School Cleaner Vacancy - Alsager**
ServiceMaster Clean is seeking a dedicated and detail-orientated cleaner to join our team.
Term time only in addition to some deep cleaning in the school holidays (April & August).
**Responsibilities**
- Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including classrooms, offices, toilet areas, staff room and communal spaces.
- Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Dispose of waste and ensure recycling protocols are followed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any cleaning needs or concerns.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
- Previous experience in a cleaning or customer service role is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Hours of work:
Monday to Thursday 16.00 - 18.00
Friday 15.00 - 18.30
The position is salaried at £517.50 per month (regardless if the school is open or closed)

Pay: £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 11.5 per week
**Experience**:
- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
