**Job description**

Maternity Cover - Fixed Term Contract

Up to 12 Months

Part-Time (16 hours per week)

£12.00 PH (£9984 Per Annum)

*This is a work-from-home position that offers flexible hours*

*Applicants welcome from any North West location BUT MUST be able to travel to Busy Bees HQ for meetings Bi-monthly*

Busy Bee Organisers is a Business Support Service that specialises in Customer Management and Social Media Management. Due to a staff member beginning Maternity Leave, we are looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking Social Media Wingwoman / Wingman to join our team.

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day posting, and engagement activity of some of our key accounts. We have a varied array of clients from healthcare practitioners to product marketing, so this job is suitable for someone who doesn’t mind a varied workload and relishes the challenge of coming up with fresh, engaging content.

You MUST have at least 2 years experience in a similar role, be up to date with the latest Social Media developments, and be able to produce reels and dynamic video content.

The role is for 16 hours a week and happy to negotiate when these hours are fulfilled.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Actively create eye-catching, converting posts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn and other social platforms.
- MUST be experienced in producing Reel and TikTok content
- Day to day responsibility of ensuring Key Accounts content goes out as planned
- Strategise / Plan posts and themes for the month in advance
- Create eye catching visuals in Canva that will boost post engagement
- Keep on top of the latest Social Media Developments in order to provide the best service to our clients
- Regular communication with your clients to ensure we are offering the best possible service
- Responsible for co-ordinating social media messaging with the wider marketing Strategy
- Work with the Managing Director on improvements to service so we are constantly providing the best service for our clients
- Analyse social media Insights to gain knowledge of social media performance and is able to act on those statistics to improve reach

**Role requirements**:

- Strong interest or knowledge in social media platforms and how they work.
- Prior experience in creating content
- Experienced in creating dynamic and engaging video content
- Ability to communicate in a professional way that gains engagement retention.
- Experience using Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok and Snapchat.
- Experienced in using Canva Pro is a must
- Must be familiar with working with Content Strategies
- Experience with Asana is advantageous
- Relevant Digital Marketing Qualification
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role
- Must have use of own laptop/ PC
- Must be comfortable working from home and able to manage your own schedule efficiently.
