**Working Hours**: 07:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday (occasional weekends)
**Rate**: £150-£180 per day, based on experience

**About the Role**:
IES Utilities is seeking a skilled General Operative to join our delivery team working on the gas terminal at St Fergus. This role requires a commute to St Fergus on a day-to-day basis and offers a stable, long-term opportunity with ongoing training and upskilling potential. The role involves maintenance, and construction works to support the safe and efficient operation of the terminal.

**Key Skills**:
IES are seeking individuals who have experience in delivering one or more of the following disciplines:

- **Steelwork Coating**:

- **Concrete Placement / Repairs**:

- ** Blasting, Painting & Coating including Lagging**

**Qualifications and Experience Required**:
**Essential**:

- Familiarity of working in a highly controlled and permit restricted environment
- Demonstrated experience in handling coatings and protective treatments.
- Full UK driving license.
- Good communication skills and a high level of English.

**Desirable**:
- Qualifications related to natural gas & plant servicing.
- Experience within the gas industry, with specific experience on gas pipe work preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and maintain positive customer relations.
- Prior experience in driving plant and operating telehandlers.
