**Salary**: From £25,000, depending on experience, OTE £60,000+ (uncapped commission, rising up to 50% of fee)

We are currently recruiting for a permanent Senior Cyber Security Recruitment Consultant in Bristol/Corsham areas.

We are looking for an innovative and ambitious individual that may not have Cyber experience but has the ability to learn and really take on the role. As the UK’s longest established independent cyber security recruitment agency, we are redefining our strategy and building the team to help grow the business to higher levels.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Account management for several clients including managing, maintaining, and developing all aspects of the relationship
- Continue growth in cyber security market, covering both permanent and contract roles
- Ability to assist in growing the team, mentor and inspire junior members

**Essential Skills**
- Minimum of 1 year recruitment experience
- “Can do” attitude with willingness to learn (and continue to learn)
- Resourceful, efficient, self-motived, self-starter.
- Demonstrable understanding of good recruitment practice and quality focussed.
- Quality over quantity approach with long-term mindset
- Ambitious with good emotional intelligence and influencing skills
- Proven success in recruitment, business development and account management
- Demonstrable enthusiasm and commitment to learn about the Cyber Security sector
