Autosmart is thriving, and we have an exciting opportunity for a French speaking graduate to join our collaborative, supportive finance team. Based at our Lichfield HQ, this is a unique role with lots of responsibility from day one. This programme is perfect for an ambitious and enthusiastic graduate looking to make use of their language skills and kick-start their finance career.

A diverse role, this opportunity is ideal for a commercially minded graduate who wants to learn all aspects of the finance function, liaise with French customers, suppliers, and franchisees, while becoming a French division and subsidiary expert.

**The role**:
During this comprehensive 3-year graduate development programme you will learn:

- Production of sales and other management information
- Monthly management accounts and statutory reporting
- Franchise credit control and sales ledger
- Purchase ledger
- Cash book/staff expenses/company credit cards
- Payroll procedures

In addition to all this, you will also be involved with innovative company-wide transformation projects, including the implementation of our new ERP system.

**What you offer**:

- Fluent French
- Good levels of numeracy (A-level maths or degree modules in business or accounting an advantage)
- Some previous office experience would be an advantage
