If you are looking to work with a large well established housing association on a permanent basis then this might be the perfect opportunity for you.
This company specialises in property maintenance. They are currently looking for an Electrician to join their team.
You will be working as part of a small team on a mobile basis.
**To be considered for the role of Electrician you must have the following**:

- NVQ Level 3
- 18th Edition
- 2391/95
- Full UK Driving License
- Previous social housing experience

**The work will consist of**:

- 1st and 2nd fix installations
- Fuse board upgrades
- EICR reports
- Working within occupied properties

**In return, the successful Electrician will receive**:
