**Title**: Safety and Compliance Administrator
**Hours**: 16 Hours per week (salary)
**Wage**: £11.20 per hour

**Responsibilities will include;**
- Completing annual site risk assessments on all client sites.
- Completing Fire Risk Assessments on sites and within our own office.
- Liaising with Health and Safety Officer and raising any concerns found.
- Annual Management Cleaning Site Audits to assess the standards and cleaning cupboards
- Annual PAT Testing of all equipment on sites
- Stock Control Management / Price Lists / Ordering
- Preparing stock for any new contracts coming up
- Spot checks on audits, training, sickness absence and tele log
- ISO 9001 compliance checks and preparation for annual assessment
- Assisting with Deep cleans and Carpet Cleaning when necessary
- Attending monthly management meeting to provide updates on progress and general information.
- Supporting with daytime cleaning when the teams are short staffed.
