**_Specifically, some responsibilities of a _**_Recruitment Co-Ordinator _**_include:_**
- **Support Hiring Managers** - provide accurate advice to hiring managers throughout the hiring process, including supporting with interviews where necessary. Provide training on the use of our ATS and recruitment processes.
- **KPI Reporting**:

- creating reports on pre-set KPIs, such as Cost per Vacancy and Time to Hire. Manage the recruitment budget to avoid overspending.

**About You**:
You will already have experience of internal recruitment co-ordination or administration and will be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships across a varied and growing business. In addition, you’ll have:

- The ability to effectively manage multiple vacancies at once.
- A professional manner at all times.
- Excellent IT skills, including a practical understanding of Microsoft packages.
- The ability to plan and prioritise a busy workload, as well as identify and make improvements to existing recruitment processes.
- Willing to travel across the country to attend recruitment events and interviews
- a driving licence is essential.
