**As Senior HR Advisor, your role will entail**:

- Coaching and Supporting Mangers with colleague issues and advise on HR process and policy interpretation and promote general employee welfare.
- Day to day supervision and development of the HR shared service team, allocating work and ensuring SLA’s are delivered.
- Remaining up-to-date with employment legislation and ensuring all policies are up to date.
- Ensuring the Shared Service function is run efficiently and resource is used effectively
- Help identify training needs and ensure identified training is fed into the Business training plans and delivered.
- Designing and delivering training to colleagues across the business.
- Create Monthly MI report for leaders across the business
- Putting care for our customers and colleagues at the forefront of everything you do and acting with integrity and accountability.

**As our Senior HR Advisor, you should**:

- Have Knowledge of UK employment legislation preferably CIPD qualified level 5 or with relevant HR experience in a similar role.
- Have Experience of leading and a developing a team
- Be able to demonstrate a successful track record in managing disciplinaries, grievances and policy development
- Be able to work as part of a team as well as independently, able to prioritise effectively to meet deadlines and work without supervision, The ability to plan ahead, anticipate problems and ensure early intervention
- Have a high degree of integrity, confidentiality and commitment, able to be discreet and professional
- Be proficient working with Microsoft Office Software packages.
- Specific skills or experience.
