Role - **IT Technician (aka Service Desk Analyst / Helpdesk Support / 1st - 2nd line IT support)**

Salary - **22 - 25K**

Location - **Rushden**

**Key requirements**
- Previous IT support experience
- Understanding of Windows operating systems / desktop environments e.g. Windows 10
- Experience troubleshooting Microsoft office e.g., 365, 2012, 2016 (Excel, Word, Access etc)
- Solid understanding of PC set up and configuration
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to travel to other sites on occasion

**Nice to have's / things you will learn**
- Office 365 administration
- Active Directory Administration
- Network troubleshooting - TCP/IP and general WAN / LAN troubleshooting
- Windows 2012 server
- ERP functional support
