**The Opportunity**:
As a Mechanical Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our continued success. Reporting to the Building Services Director, you will be responsible for accurately estimating small works projects, ensuring competitiveness and profitability. **What you’ll do**:

- Receive client enquiries and conduct site surveys to understand project requirements.
- Prepare detailed estimations and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Support client meetings and tender presentations to secure opportunities.
- Gather client feedback on submitted tenders/quotes and provide solutions to overcome concerns.
- Develop and refine the estimation process to improve efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
- Evaluate strategic opportunities and report on lead status and quotes.
- Utilise key technical skills to support the wider team when needed.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Minimum 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
- Mechanical or Plumbing background.
- Commercial and contractual understanding.
- Full clean driving license.
- Willingness to undergo a DBS full disclosure.
- Experience across sectors such as Healthcare, Education, Hospitality, Commercial Property.
- Fully IT literate with CRM systems understanding.
