**Junior Crew Booker/Personnel Coordinator **required to join our friendly office based in Newport Pagnell.

Starting Salary £25k pa

42 Hour Week including Saturdays, 5 Day Week

Immediate start required but happy to wait for the right person.

The Company has grown tremendously and we are now looking to recruit someone special to help manage an ever increasing workload.

Primary Duties will include:

- Matching technical crew to the bookings in Theatre, TV, Music and Events
- Helping to create ideal teams for our clients' needs
- Booking the crew using company systems
- Arranging accommodation and organising travel logistics
- Ensuring Technicians receive full details of their engagements
- Keeping the Technician database up to date
- Logging accurate information regarding details of past and future engagements
- Daily reading of Supervisor reports, logging pertinent information and alerting relevant managers to any issues or requirements.

Secondary Duties to include:

- Providing general administrative and organisational support to the Directors & Managers in all departments
- Have an open mind and willingness to learn from the bottom up
- Be a natural problem solver with the confidence in themselves to make decisions
- Be a team player
- Have an enthusiasm for detail
- Be highly motivated with a wish to maximise their working time
- Have energy to spare, which reflects in their work rate

- Be comfortable speaking to people from all walks of life
- Believe they will thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes pressured office environment
- Have a customer focused attitude, wanting to provide the best service possible.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication

Driving licence and own car a huge advantage as the office is set in a rural location.

The successful Trainee Crew Coordinator will be required to work 42 hours a week with weekend work included and scheduled where required.
