**Job description**

Vital Care Nursing are an established and rapidly growing healthcare agency based in South Wales.

We are looking to recruit a dedicated team of Healthcare Assistants to work alongside a 11year old girl in the Haverfordwest area in her own home.

The team will be required to support the family to care for the client. Due to her conditions, there is a considerable amount of care involved. The conditions include, but not limited to Brain injury, hydrocephalus, spastic quadriplegia cerebral palsy, visual impairment, learning disabilities and global development delay. Anxiety and heightened behavior. Autistic spectrum disorder.

**Our requirements...**
- Social Care Wales Registration (Desirable)
- You must have a QCF / NVQ level 2 I Health and Social Care/ or must be prepared to sign up to complete the qualification immediately.
- To register with Social Care Wales
- A valid Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the update service
- You must have right to live and work in the UK
- A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle is advantageous but not essential.
- Reliability is a hugely important to us. so, you must be reliable with excellent time management.
- Set hours which vary between school term time and holiday periods.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 0-40 per week

**Salary**: £11.26-£14.63 per hour
