**We are looking to appointment a senior administrator to join our existing Operations Team. Working from our Chelston depot the successful applicant will lead and supervise the divisional operational administrative team (3 staff) to provide a professional efficient timely and accurate administrative support across our network of depots in the South West.**

**This is a varied role working with the senior team to review processes and procedures to drive continuous improvement and efficiencies of process, working with the Operations Manager and other team leaders e.g. Area Managers, Commercial Manager, Divisional Financial Controller, Performance, Programme and Collaboration Manager.**

**There is an element of sensitivity as the successful applicant will support our Occupational Health procedures and carry out ,minute taking for senior and confidential meetings i.e. Employee relations cases and Divisional meetings including maintaining decision and action logs.**
