Expansion into Leeds has created a position for a **Retail Sales Adviser** at our brand new Armley store.

**What does our Retail Sales Adviser Role Entail?**

We are looking for an exceptional individual to work in a customer focused environment. Working in a team you will play an active role in providing a positive customer experience and driving sales. This is a hands-on role as you will be processing stock/deliveries received into the store, therefore, the ability to lift and handle, sometimes heavy, stock/store fixtures are essential. As well as playing a vital role on the shop floor, you will also be part of the delivery team and carry out demonstrations for customers in their homes.

**What will your responsibilities be?**
- Be dedicated to delivering excellent customer service
- Maintaining the appearance and upkeep of the store
- Assist with unloading of deliveries and display of stock
- Operate the till, accept payments by cash, credit and debit card
- Process relevant paperwork
- Help with delivering, setting up and demonstrating our customers’ products such as riser recliner chairs and mobility scooters.

**What do we require from you?**
- Previous experience of offering an exceptional customer experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- A can-do attitude
- Experience of teamwork as you will be a key team member supporting the Store Manager
- Positivity with good self-motivation

**A DBS disclosure will be required for this role (for which Ableworld will meet the cost).**
