**Salary**: £19,120 - £19,439 Grade 3 (SCP 5 - 6) per annum actual salary

**Start Date**: ASAP

**Contract Type**: Permanent

**Working Pattern**: 35 hours a week, 39 weeks a year

**About the Support Team**:
Our support team is currently made up of 4 Teaching Assistants (which we are looking to expand), as well as an Accelerated Learning Manager who runs our SEND team which includes 3 Assistant SENCOs and our SENDCO. Our Teaching Assistants (TAs) are dedicated to specific year groups, fostering strong relationships with students and parents. Each TA specialises in a different intervention area, supporting the team in delivering these interventions. We prioritise professional development, recently funding ELSA training for one of our TAs. Our collaborative approach aims to enhance SEND provision, working closely with heads of year and the inclusion team to coordinate support across the school.

- Strong foundational skills in verbal and written communication, as well as numeracy.
