**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Bartending**:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and stock are well-maintained.
- Keep up-to-date with menu offerings and beverage options, including local and seasonal selections.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and responsible drinking guidelines.
- **Serving**:
- Take orders from guests accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests and dietary needs are communicated to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, maintaining a high standard of presentation and service.
- Assist in setting up dining areas, including arranging tables, linens, silverware, and glassware.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- **Customer Service**:
- Provide a warm welcome to all guests, ensuring they feel valued and well-cared for throughout their visit.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Build rapport with guests, promoting a positive and inviting atmosphere.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with kitchen staff, management, and fellow servers to ensure smooth service operations.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- **Health & Safety**:
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards and protocols.
- Ensure all areas of the bar and restaurant are clean, tidy, and safe for both guests and staff.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £11.44-£12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 1 - 24 per week
