**Action Centre Co-Ordinator (Service) Job Ref: 22N/ACCP**
We require a dynamic, energetic new staff member to take hold of our Service team administration in support of our customer support goals. This role will be based at one of our sites in Crumlin, Co. Antrim.
The role involves but is not limited to, the following:
- Driving fast warranty claims resolution with Furuno to keep our machines running in the field.
- Maintenance and upkeep of our inhouse database.
- Logging engineering files to meet recent auditory requirement timelines and ensuring we follow departmental and company’s SOPs.
- The provision of information and assistance in the promotion and development of our bespoke products.
- Provide effective communication with customers, distributors, and other business staff in relation to product changes or other information.
- Other administrative duties, as required.
- Essential:_
- Computer literacy essential, proficient in Microsoft packages.
- Ability to input and record data accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail and the ability to prioritise work in a logical fashion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to demonstrate a high level of motivation.
- Ability to act on your own initiative, as well as part of a team.
- High standard of general education, or at least 2 years work experience in a customer service role.
- Desirable:_
- Be open to taking on board new challenges including learning the chemistry and technical side of the business.
- Most of all be polite to customers, responsive and willing to take on responsibilities across the department in support of our wider customer support objectives.
