We are currently looking for reliable, experienced and talented support workers to work alongside a middle-aged female who has been diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. The client requires support revolving around transfers, personal care, access into the local community and encouragement to engage in local activities. Knowledge/Experience working alongside clients with Cerebral Palsy is preferred. The applicant must exhibit a caring, kind, fun disposition and be motivated to make a difference.

**Situated: Sandbach**

**Shifts Available**:
**Monday - Sunday: 11:00 - 23:00 (Sleep) 08:00 - 11:00**

**(_Shifts may vary slightly)_**

(You will be integrated into an established team, we can provide hours from 6-40+ hours per week, you will be required to work a minimum of two weekends a month)*

- Experience of providing complex care **(e.g. Autism, Tracheostomy Care, Acquired Brain Injuries, Cerebral Palsy etc.)**
- **Content on working alternate weekends**
