Office Angels are currently recruiting for a **Digital Marketing Specialist** for our client based in Winnersh.

**Location**:Winnersh

**Salary**: Up to £34k

**The Role**:
A rare opportunity to join a successful agency and head up a new stream focusing solely on social media advertising, digital marketing, and CRM systems. Working with some of the UK's most recognised food and drinks brands, you will play a pivotal role in the integrated marketing service we offer our clients, supported by a team of executives
- Work closely with the PR and Marketing account teams to execute specific brand campaigns, ensuring 360 alignment across all relevant channels including CRM and Social and Digital Media
- Run campaigns that support the central PR and Marketing account teams to drive consideration, across key Social channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter
- Drive, measure, and analyse overall campaign performance; regularly highlighting areas for improvement
- Support new business opportunities
- Beady eye for analysis and measurement
- A creative mind
- Experience in managing external clients and partners
- Solid knowledge of finance and resource planning, and the ability to manage
- End-to-end brand and campaign management; ability to understand the big picture as well as the details and managing flawless execution
- Proactive, resilient, entrepreneurial
- A native strategist, able to identify a business challenges, utilise insights and develop an approach to push projects forward
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations
- Ruthlessly organised with a razor-sharp attention to detail, with ability to multi-task across competing priorities, projects, schedules and deliverables
- Comfortable working under pressure and in a fast paced, quickly changing environment without sacrificing quality
- Comfortable working with large, multinational, cross-functional teams
- Fantastic relationship building skills, be it internally or with clients and partners
