**£65k - £75k plus £5k car allowance**

**3 Month FTC with opportunity to extend to perm**

If you've done the rat race of behemoths like JLL, CBRE, Savills or Cushman & Wakefield and want to make a name for yourself in an up-and-coming FM organisation this is the Head of Estates role for you.

There's a lot of eyes on this contract so don't be put off by the FTC, do a good job here and there's a lot of scope for your growth with us and recognition in the wider industry.

That makes for lots of plates spinning all at once, sound like you?

As this is a Head of-level position we will need you to have worked in a similar role overseeing a facilities or property management contract across a multi-site estate before. You'll be based in London with a small element of travelling involved (hencethe car) so you will need a UK driving licence.
