At Millennium Support, we specialise in supporting adults with learning disabilities, Autism and complex trauma on their journeys through life and in the community.

**We will provide you with**
- **£11.75 per hour**:

As a Support Worker, you will provide person centred support to empower vulnerable adults with learning disabilities and Autism that may display behaviours that challenge and complex needs.

We are not looking for experience and you will receive full training around Autism, forensic risk, trauma informed support and positive behavioural support. You will also receive dedicated and person-centred support from your team leader through regular supervisions and guidance on your development.

**What the job involves, day to day**
- Working as part of a team to deliver a person-centred support plan
- Documenting and maintaining accurate records of support.
- Supporting the People We Support to carry out their hobbies and interests in the community.
- Empowering the People We Support to gain life skills, such as cooking, cleaning, shopping and managing their finances, at home and in the community.
