**Are you a Retail Team Supervisor who fancies a Castle as your office? If so, we may have the role for you, here in the heart of Warwick.**

Hours: 5 Days out of 7, Due to the nature of the business must be able to work weekends, bank holidays and occasional late evenings for stocktake, Halloween and Christmas holiday periods.

Pay: £9.24ph + ongoing training and Merlin Magic Pass - 20 free tickets for you, your family and friends to enjoy all of our Merlin Attractions across the world

Warwick Castle are currently recruiting a multi skilled **Retail Supervisor **to join our dedicated Retail Team. We are looking for someone who can ensure the smooth daily running of the retail gift shops, drive store standards and use creativity to think of new and exciting revenue opportunities for us to explore.

As well as a focus on the daily operation of the shop you will also be motivating and coaching a small team to drive sales and provide an outstanding level of customer service. The role will include stock control, visual merchandising, carrying out food hygiene audits and maintaining shop standards.

**We are looking for the following skills and experience**:

- Past experience of leading a successful team.
- Organising, motivating and coaching a team.
- Initiative in problem solving.
- High levels of pro-activity within an operational setting.
- Experience within a fast-paced customer facing environment.
- Minimum1 years experience as a Retail Supervisor or Team Leader desirable
