We give people the right environment, role & tools to deliver excellence and quality in everything we do. **General Description** The Depot Administrator will assist in the smooth running of the depot on a day-to-day basis by providing general administrative support to the team. Reporting to the Depot Manager, this role will play in an integral part in the set-up of the Depot and will act as the first point of contact for all visitors to the site. For the right person, there will also be the opportunity for the role to develop as the Depot grows. **Duties and Responsibilities** - Answer all incoming telephone enquiries - Generate and process collection and delivery notes through Insphire software - Log and record damages and send to Head Office - Act as the first point of contact for all visitors by delivering excellent customer service and ensuring all visitors adhere to the Health and Safety guidelines - Support with the booking of the van servicing and cleaning via 3rd party providers - Provide information on stock availability and stock movement - Process weekly timesheets for all hourly paid employees at the Depot - Improve and develop the existing systems and processes to ensure the Depot operates efficiently **Our benefits**: - Profit Share Bonus - Employee discount scheme with money off at retailers and everyday spends - Great inclusive culture - Employee health cover - Love2Shop vouchers on your Birthday - 22 days’ holiday plus Bank Holidays - Your birthday off (or a paid day to support charity work) - Salary Sacrifice Pension (after 3 months service) - Cycle to Work Scheme - Christmas Shut Down **Who we’re looking for**: - Energetic, customer service focused - Strong attention to detail - Excellent organisational skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to juggle multiple projects, priorities and personalities - Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines - Positive and enthusiastic - Strong sense of teamwork - Pro-active with a "can-do" attitude We are an equal opportunities employee and abide by GDPR legislation.
