We are currently looking for motivated and quality driven **Care at Home Healthcare Assistant **across **Glasgow & Ayrshire, Scotland. to join Scotland's leading healthcare staffing agency. We have various hours available and are able to provide full time hours.**

Applicants must have a Children & Adults PVG and **SVQ level 3**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Forming strong and trusting relationships with clients
- Creating care plans for clients based on their unique needs
- Talking and listening to clients to provide emotional support
- Providing physical support which may include helping with household tasks and personal care
- Supporting and helping with health care needs, including routine checks or administrating medication
- Providing social support and helping clients to set and achieve goals



**Skills**:

- Applicants must have at least 6 months UK care experience, within the past 24 months
- Applicants must have a Children & Adults PVG
- A UK driver's license and access to a car is advantageous but not essential
- Medication Administration experience
- SVQ level 3
- Good time management skills to be able to support the needs of multiple people
- The ability to keep up with changing standards and codes of conduct in the social care sector
- A high level of patience, empathy and emotional resilience
- The ability to communicate with other healthcare professionals
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and when dealing with challenging situations
