Days of work - Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Hours - 8pm-8am

EnViva, part of the Sonderwell Group are looking for Complex Care Assistants & Support Workers in the Bromley area.

We have a robust and indepth onboarding process where as a new employee, you'll first complete your training and paid induction. As part of your induction, you will shadow another member of your team. This helps you understand your new role and get to know people in your team.

Your colleagues and management team will work with you during your induction to help you put your training into practice and answer any questions you may have. You'll start building your own support network from day one - this will include your management team, colleagues and departments at Group Support.

You will be spending your time with our client within their own home where you will be supporting with their daily routine. Our client has suffered a stroke and has motor neurone disease.

Your day to day activities may include:

- Moving and Handling
- Adult Tracheostomy
- Ventilation
- Spinal Injury
- Motor Neurone Disease
- Stroke
