Server/bartender

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide attentive guest services, ensuring that all patrons feel welcomed and valued.
- Upsell drinks and food items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely delivery to guests.
- Stay informed about drink trends, new products, and menu changes to provide knowledgeable recommendations.

**Experience**
- Strong background in guest services, with an emphasis on hospitality and creating memorable experiences for patrons.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for culinary arts and the ability to help create innovative drink specials is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 27 - 45 per week
