Site Administrator Clacket Lane Service Area Clacket Lane Motorway Service area on the _ _M25 near Bromley _ _is looking to recruit a Site Administrator. Roadchef are looking to hire a Site Administrator to support our winning team and deliver operational excellence. The successful role holder will be responsible for the day to day finance administration of the site, supporting the Site Director and Unit Managers as and when required. **Responsibilities**: - Raising Purchase Orders, processing Delivery Notes, liaising with suppliers, Support Office and IT to resolve queries and problems. - Report queries relating to till miscellaneous/open items. - Input periodic stock take results into SAP. - Support the Site Director in reviewing and controlling GP’s at site, to include reviewing period end accruals and liaising with Finance in Support office as required. - Support the Site Director with reviewing periodic P&L results. - Ensure financial and loss prevention controls are in place throughout trading units; wastage/transfers/cash shortage/good receive process. - Cover for the cash office as required, including management of Cash Office Admin Assistant. - Ensure cash handling regarding Gaming Policies and Procedures are fully complaints **Skills/Experience**: - Previous operational experience within a catering or retail environment is desirable. - 2 years previous experience of financial administration. - Previous experience of PO processing and account payable desirable. - Experience of using SAP desirable. - Strong attention to detail - Management experience desirable In return, you will receive a competitive salary £29,000 and many other great benefits. **BENEFITS Include**: - Roadchef Discount Card discounts from 15% to 70% for you and your family at all Roadchef MSA - Benefits website - discounts available on many high street and online stores - Refer a Friend - cash scheme - Long Service awards - 32 days holiday paid pro rata increasing with service (includes 8 days Bank Holiday) - Discounted Hotel stays at Days Inn for employees at Roadchef Sites - Contributory pension after 3 months - Free car parking - Subsidised meals while on duty - Recognition schemes at all levels - On boarding plans designed for each role - Structured career programs **Who are Roadchef Ltd** We are proud to be one of the leading Motorway Service Area operators in the UK, our mission is to "De-stress" and "Delight" Britain's road users.
