Are you passionate about creating safe, sustainable workplaces and driving continuous improvement?

We’re looking for a proactive **Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor** to join our expanding ESH&S team supporting major water infrastructure projects across the North West and to also cover the South of England.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work across joint venture teams, supporting an exciting cultural development programme while shaping the future of HSE within Binnies UK.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Conducting inspections, audits, and joint site visits with clients and supply chain partners
- Reviewing RAMS, safe systems of work, and supplier competencies
- Supporting the implementation of HSE management systems
- Monitoring compliance, performance reporting, and KPI tracking
- Preparing monthly reports and client-specific HSE documentation
- Leading and supporting incident investigations
- Representing ESH&S in client meetings, delivering engaging presentations and toolbox talks
- Driving continuous improvement across HSE processes and documentation

**What we’re looking for**:
NEBOSH Construction or General Certificate
Environmental qualification or proven experience in environmental management
Strong understanding of current HSE legislation and best practice
Excellent communicator and confident presenter
Team-focused and approachable with a proactive mindset
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel as required
Physically able to access site environments (e.g. height, confined spaces)

**Nice to have**:
⭐ GradIOSH or working towards CMIOSH
⭐ Experience in the water or utilities sector
⭐ Exposure to Joint Ventures or large infrastructure projects
