**Office Marketing Administrator**

**About Company**

Eco Freeze ltd a company specializing in wholesale of frozen products imported from the EU countries. We are currently recruiting for a reliable person ready to work in fast expanding business.

**Job Summary**
- Design and planning of leaflets, catalogues etc. [for the promotion purpose of the business and its wide offer]
- Developing promotional materials
- B2B platform handling, creating social media posts
- Data entry
- Checking and archiving documents
- Creation of Purchase orders
- Operation of computer programs
- Support in current tasks of the sales department
- You will also need to assist with general administration tasks as and when required
- Social media assistance [scheduling posts, managing meta business suite]

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of MS Office package (word, excel)
- Proficiency in computer and social media use
- Commitment to work,
- Honesty, responsibility
- Ability to organize own work in a precise, and conscientious manner
