**Duties**
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that align with educational standards and promote early childhood development.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Provide individualized support for children, including those with special needs or requiring early intervention.
- Foster literacy education through storytelling, reading activities, and language development exercises.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, utilizing positive reinforcement strategies to encourage good conduct.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns related to child welfare.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the educational experience through shared resources and strategies.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

**Skills**
- Strong background in curriculum development tailored for early childhood settings.
- Experience working with children in various capacities such as daycare, preschool, or private school environments.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques.
- Proficient in lesson planning that incorporates diverse teaching methods including Montessori approaches.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Familiarity with standardized testing procedures as applicable to early childhood education.
- Ability to provide tutoring support in literacy and math as needed.
- Experience in teaching physical education activities suitable for young learners.
- Understanding of child welfare practices to ensure a safe learning environment.
