Property Viewing Representative Saturdays

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Saturday Viewing Agent, to work within a busy independent Estate Agents assisting our Stockport offices based on a zero hour contract (branch dependant) paid at National Minimum wage.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To accompany prospective purchasers around empty and occupied properties on behalf of our Vendors.
- Be able to educate potential purchasers on the Vendors Property
- Providing regular feedback on viewings and properties
- Assisting with business generation
- Diary Management
- Being proactive and willing to demonstrate skills to seek and retain business

**Requirements**:

- Have the ability to work in a fast paced, customer focussed environment
- Customer Service or Sales experience required
- Strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills
- Resilient, positive and friendly attitude
- Excellent Time Management
- Reliable
- Strong organizational skills
- Well presented
- Has own car and full UK license (able to add on Business insurance)
