We are looking for an Advanced Rehabilitation Support Worker to join West Kent's Community Neurological Rehabilitation Team (CNRT) in a part-time position. You will be based at The Coxheath Clinic, Maidstone and Sevenoaks Outpatients Building with duties across the West Kent patch, your key role will be to deliver initial assessments of patients when they are referred to CNRT, in order to determine their therapy needs.

You will also support clinicians in the delivery of therapy against agreed goals to a small caseload of patients. CNRT is moving towards 7 day working so some weekend duties may be required.

We are a friendly and supportive specialist multidisciplinary team with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Dietitians, Specialist Nurses, Therapy Assistants, Psychologists and Administrators working together to provide goal directed rehabilitation to service users with a broad range of neurological diagnoses. This includes delivering the STARS (Stroke Therapy Assisted Rehabilitation Service) service, providing therapy to patients following hospital admissions due to a neurological cause and managing clients with long term neurological conditions. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual who can work both autonomously and as part of our team.
