**The Role**:
**Supervisor - Parking Enforcement - Lincoln - Full Time; 45 hours per week - Salary: £30,771 per annum**

- Do you have a full clean, UK manual driving licence?_
- We are looking for a Parking Enforcement Supervisor to manage a team of Civil Enforcement Officers in Lincolnshire. As a Supervisor, you would be responsible for ensuring operational requirements and service level agreements are met throughout all aspects of the contract.

**What will you do?**:

- Manage your on-street team of enforcement staff to ensure they are performing their duties.
- Work on-street with your team to ensure staff are effectively deployed.
- Review performance data to ensure contractual conditions are met and implement corrective measures
- Motivate, praise and develop your team
- Ensure KPIs are reliably met by the enforcement team
- Make recommendations to management on service/operational issues
- Set goals, conduct appraisals and ascertain training needs for operational staff
- Maintain and uphold client liaisons.

**What will you bring?**:

- Experience as a previous civil enforcement officer or previous supervisor experience in a similar industry such as security or facilities.
- Be able to demonstrate team management skills including coaching, training and recruiting
- Experience working within a client facing role with good commercial acumen
- Experience of monitoring KPIs and preparing of reports
- Good written and verbal communication
- Hold a full clean, UK drivers licence.**What is on offer to you?**:
