**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
- Operate multi-line phone systems, ensuring effective communication with clients and staff.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Provide clerical support, including filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with calendar management for scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
- Support customer service efforts by addressing client concerns and providing information.
- Maintain organization within the office environment, ensuring all supplies are stocked and accessible.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation and management.
- Exhibit strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to ECO4 Scheme documentation, compliance, and reporting where required.
**Qualifications**
- Previous office experience is required; administrative experience preferred.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and phone etiquette is essential.
- Knowledge or awareness of the ECO4 Scheme is desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Typing proficiency with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Experience as a dental receptionist or medical receptionist is a plus but not mandatory.
- Personal assistant experience is beneficial for managing schedules effectively.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer support while maintaining professionalism at all times.
