We are looking for customer focussedCustomer Services Advisor to take-on the emerging e-commerce business, as well as supporting the existing client network.The role requires forward thinking and a can-do pro-active approach, as well as a high degreeof personal responsibility for providing an exemplary customer experience. It requires the ability to assist customers with a wide variety of enquiries, handling all details from enquiry through to final resolution.Liaising with the production, procurementand despatch departments, in a timely and accurate manner, is essential to ensuring that the customer is furnished with the necessary information throughout the ordering process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of day-to-day issues, resolving appropriately using personal judgement and initiative, and following up to maintain customer confidence in LEE Filters.
- Build professional relationships with customers and suppliers, ensuring that trust is developed and maintained at all times.
- Sell to the customer, thinking and acting commercially to maximise product sales.
- Liaise with other departments, as and when required, in order to resolve issues raised by customers or suppliers.
- Process orders, completing all appropriate system administration, customer acknowledgements, invoices and delivery notes.

Skills and Experience:

- Exceptional customer service and listening skills, with ‘customer focus’ behaviour.
- Ability to interact diplomatically with all customers and suppliers, whatever the circumstances.
- Capacity to remain calm under pressure and to meet demanding deadlines.
- Excellent personal time-management, organisation and planning skills.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.
- Ability to be proactive and flexible, to meet the needs of a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Must have a good understanding of managing numeric data and be confident at problem solving.
- Good team player, always looking to improve processes and procedures.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident and highly motivated with the ability and confidence to show initiative.
- Computer literate: a working knowledge of Tetra, Word, Outlook, Excel and the Internet is desirable.
