The role of Regulatory and Technical Manager encompasses every conceivable aspect and is designed to be at the forefront of the future-facing skincare brand.

With a dedicated customer base in over 35 countries, you’ll be ensuring the very best in the quality and development of new products.

**Responsibilities**
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure all products meet global regulatory standards
- Advise the Head of NPD of any new legislation or regulatory updates and changes in the industry - researching changes where possible and outlining how these should be adopted
- Support NPD and Operations to ensure compliance of new and existing products with global legislative requirements
- Coordinate with distributors and retailers to solve registration issues in existing markets
- Identify and manage export requirements ensuring documentation is up to date
- Work with NPD on new launches from a technical perspective
- Support the operations team with cost-saving exercises
- Lead in designing and upgrading internal processes
- Compile key reporting and monitoring documents

**Background**
- Experience providing day-to-day regulatory guidance to lead the development and launch of compliant products
- Experience covering claims and testing
- Experience in a fast-paced environment and making decisions to improve processes and team capabilities
- Experience liaising with authorities and professional bodies including CTPA as well as international claims and regulatory groups

**Skills**:

- Excellent communicator with the ability to manage the needs of multiple stakeholders
