Junior Sales Consultant

As a Trainee Sales Consultant, you will receive full training and support to help you build a successful sales career. You’ll be working with experienced team members to understand our products, develop your sales techniques, and contribute to the growth of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with households in pre-designated areas through in home visits.
- Clearly explain energy tariffs, how switching works, and the benefits of greener, more cost-effective options
- Identify customer needs and match them with suitable products or services
- Buildquickly and handle objections professionally and respectfully
- Record customer interactions accurately using a secure, mobile-based CRM system
- Collaborate with your team leader to track progress and continuously improve your approach
- Uphold all compliance requirements and company standards — we’re ethical, transparent, and take our reputation seriously
