Simply Education, part of the MCG Group, are currently seeking a recruitment consultant to join our thriving Kent team immediately. Looking after secondary schools, you will be expected to build upon the existing relationships we have with schools in the area, assisting with their daily, long-term, and permanent recruitment needs. This is a warm desk with several pre-existing relationships.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Conduct business development calls with schools and arrange client meetings with HR managers, headteachers, etc.
- Identify, progress, and convert sales leads.
- Manage, maintain, and develop client relationships.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Understand and meet agreed KPI targets.
- Meet and exceed agreed financial targets.
