**Job Description / Person Specification
Reporting to: Through Hole Supervisor

Remuneration: Up to £24k per annum depending on experience

Normal Working hours: 37hrs / week
Mon - Thu 07:45-16.15 (half hour lunch)

Fri - 07:45-12:45 (no lunch)

Holiday 5 weeks + bank holidays + long service extra days
Pension Scheme Auto Enrollment (5%+3% contributions)
Parking Free parking on site

**Job Role:
Reporting to the Through Hole Supervisor you will be part of a team of technicians &
solderers who will be responsible for all aspects of conventional Through Hole soldering and
assembly. On occasion you will be required to support other activities within production
including inspection.

successful achieve high levels of output & quality in equal measure. Excellent tactile
proficiency with small components will be essential.

**Responsibilities:
- Hand soldering
- Kit preparation
- Continually monitor the process to ensure perfect quality and productivity
- Read and interpret Drawings, Diagrams and Bills of Materials
- Maintain high housekeeping standards
- Basic computer skills (using our QL system to barcode work from the department)
