Working for a well established, award-winning company who are recognised as market leaders in their sector, this is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a large inhouse legal department.
The successful Legal Secretary will be rewarded with a competitive salary; 25 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays - this increases with service; discretionary company bonus; hybrid working; company pension scheme.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Full secretarial support to a Conveyancer. This includes: - File handling - document production/form filling - typing, including legal reports - handling all phone calls and mail - inputting data onto case management system correctly and accurately
- General secretarial and support duties for other members of the Legal department
- At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions
- Implement new ideas and methods and continue to seek ways of both improving contribution to the organisation’s goals and enhancing the reputation of the company
- General secretarial duties for the Conveyancing Secretarial team and other support for the department as required
**SKILLS REQUIRED**:
- The successful Legal Secretary must have knowledge of the Conveyancing legal field
- You must be able to use your own initiative, handle multiple priorities, be self-motivated and have excellent typing skills
- This position demands absolute discretion and confidentiality
- You must be able to build and develop effective working relationships with internal colleagues and external contacts
