H Living is a growing manufacturing company based in Huddersfield, supplying major retailers across the country with furniture. We are looking to grow our team and are therefore looking for enthusiastic individuals to be part of the family.

Hardworking individuals, who can work to efficient process methods and are able to adapt to various roles allowing our supply chain to run smoothly.

You will be joining a large community of dedicated, hard-working and energised individuals, who pride themselves on their commitment and work ethic.

Hours are 8.30am - 6pm Mon-Fri with 15min break in both the morning and afternoon. Along with a 1 hour break for lunch.

The role
- Assisting with the unloading of vehicles along with checking delivery notes against goods received.
- Managing and sorting materials on to racking and shelves.
- Collecting items from throughout the warehouse, preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to the production schedule.
- Performing warehouse inventory controls via scanner and or through computer.
- Stock counting and location checks.
- Unloading and baling raw materials for shipping.
- Must hold valid driving licence, as part of the role will involve the collection of local raw materials as and when required.

This role best suits upbeat and self-motivated individuals, who enjoy working systematically and productively. Our fast paced and energised environment relies on organisation and efficiency. It is important to ensure that you have a moderate level of fitness to enable you to comfortably carry out your tasks.

Picking and packing products can involve a substantial amount of manual handling including bending, stretching, stooping, stepping, reaching and lifting. Having a good range of mobility is important, to ensure you can work safely, within health and safety regulations without placing undue strain on your body.
