**Main Responsibilities (but not limited to)**:

- **Assist in Project Work**: Collaborate with team members on various projects, providing support in research, analysis, and implementation.
- **Learning and Development**: Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to enhance your professional skills.
- **Administrative Support**: Perform administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, document preparation, and meeting coordination.
- **Report Preparation**: Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation for internal stakeholders.
- **Customer Interaction**: Engage with customers under supervision to gain insights into customer service and client management.
- **Innovation and Improvement**: Contribute ideas for process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance department efficiency.
- **Mentorship and Guidance**: Receive ongoing support and guidance from experienced professionals.
- **Professional Development**: Access to training programs and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.

**Training and Development**:

**Requirements**:

- Recent graduate with a degree in Customer Service Management, Business Administration or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
