**Crown Worldwide Group currently has an opening for a: Warehouse Administrator**
**Location: south Ruislip, HA4**
**Position Statement**
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for assisting the warehouse manager with the overall administration of all warehouse activities and operations of clients’ documents, household goods, or cartons storage and retrieval.
They will work closely with the warehouse manager and Head of Operations and participate in different shifted duties when called upon.
**Key Focus Areas**
- Ensure all necessary measures are undertaken to ensure security of customer and company property.
- Manage the storage of customer possessions in a manner that maximizes the utilization of the facility and ensures efficiency of operation.
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**
Warehouse supervision
- Ensure all paperwork is sent to Operations and Move managers within 24 hours of completion of the move.
- Manage the incoming and storage of items within the ETSF area.
- Monitoring warehouse staff time sheets and scheduling of staff to cover incoming and outgoing consignments.
- Regularly review the condition of storage containers.
- Monitor Material stocks and recording of supplies (i.e. Uniform, Materials and Equipment).
- Provide support and information to the Head of Operations to facilitate the smooth running of the warehouse.
- FLT management excluding undertake daily FLT checks and report any defects.
- Undertake casing and car shelf installation.
Warehouse duties
- Syupervising the loading and offloading consignments to and from containers within the required timescales and ensuring that the paperwork is completed accurately including volumes condition.
- Provide support and information to facilitate the smooth running of the warehouse.
- Provide high quality customer service.
Health and safety
- Monitor and maintain the site Health and Safety keeping all the records are up to date
- Ensuring all staff are trained with the necessary health and safety training for tasks undertaken.
- Adherence to Health & Safety requirements of warehouse facility & reporting any deficiencies to the Branch Manager.
Service Partner management
- Processing of Service Partner Crew Cost sheets.
- Cross charging for Service Partner materials
Other
- Support the company ESG commitment and goals.
- Demonstrate and promote the company vision and values.
- Enhance processes and find efficiencies of ways of working.
- Amend and maintain departmental templates and country guidelines.
- Manage feedback and cost savings closely for department.
- Manage and monitor any IOFs ensuring corrective action is put in place.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.

- 2+ years industry experience - Household goods/ Relocation logistics within a warehouse environment
- Reach Truck (FLT) Licence
- Secondary education certificate
