An exciting opportunity to join our diverse team as a Kitchen Assistant where you will be involved in the care and support of clients in our home.

We are looking for creative and productive people to join our busy and loving care home. You must be hard working with a commitment to producing high standards of Food Preparation, Catering and cleaning for our elderly client group.

Your role will include you assisting the cook to provide nutritionally balanced diets according to the clients needs and preferences, as well as tidying up after meal times.

Experience would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided for the right applicants.

We do however require all applicants to be fairly active as the job requires you to be bending, lifting and working in a fast past kitchen.

This role could also potentially see you cooking for our residents to cover annual leave as and when, full training will of course be provided.

**This contract is a mixture of evenings and a day shifts with an alternate Sunday.**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15.75 per week
